Allison is a strategist, partnership builder, and operating partner who blends strong business acumen with heart to help mission-driven organizations grow, pivot, and deepen their impact. She works with clients both fractionally and on a project basis — rolling up her sleeves to help them get where they need to go.

With nearly 20 years of experience at the intersection of partnerships, capital, and social good, Allison has built and led cross-sector coalitions, designed and launched new initiatives and funds, and forged long-term strategic partnerships that align organizational goals with positive systemic outcomes — all backed by the sales, operational, and finance experience to know what actually makes a partnership work.

Allison has worn many hats throughout her career, including:

• Managing large-scale, multi-year, cross sector partnerships

• Supporting the early growth of non-profit and for-profit clients, including strategy pivots and initiative re-design

• Structuring and raising five impact investment funds

• Leading a new markets business after an 18-month management training program at a large bank

• Publishing research on sustainable development and policy

• Serving on six non-profit boards and impact investor collaboratives, including LIFT-NY, Echoing Green, the Unreasonable Collective, the Sanitation Foundation, and Michigan Climate Venture

Allison holds a B.S. in Science, Technology & International Affairs from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, magna cum laude, and M.B.A. and M.S. degrees in Finance & Strategy and Sustainable Systems from the University of Michigan.

When not working…

Allison finds joy in unplugged time with her husband and two children in the Washington, DC area. She loves exercising, cooking, exploring new places, and bringing people together.
